about
Kilka wersów tekstu pochodzi z wiersza "A Satana" (Giosue Carducii, 1863).
lyrics
kielichy w górę wznieśmy
w stronę piekła bram
piekelne siły chwalmy
ciemność moc da nam
z kielichów naszych niechaj
wylewa się ciecz
ziemia nasiąka mocą
tych pijanych serc
cześć Ci, Szatanie
buncie sprzed wieków
potęgo zemsty
w myśli człowieczej
hymny do Cię płyną i dymy godowe
bo złego demiurga zgnębiłeś
zgnębiłeś jehowę
o, przybądź Diable do nas
królu biesiady
piekelne sfory kroczą
dziś my albo nikt
czas codzienności zerwać
z siebie okowy
piekła bramy widzimy
otwórzmy bramy
a słowa, krwią pisane
szydzą z jahwe i
nazareńczyka przeganiamy
z ziemi naszej dziś
po wieki bądź skąpany
w potoku darów
bo pokonałeś
nazareńskich kapłanów

This split shows an even darker and more powerful side of Martwa Aura. Maybe it's mostly because of the huge production. Anyway it's great black metal, very aggressive and pummeling. mourner

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.

This album is just 100/100, like so many albums from mgla. How can a band hit the spot so many times? They are incredible. Thank you for accompanying me almost daily these days :) adrianradillo

An outstanding black metal album, great to discover and add to the collection, moreso as it's 3 years old. Better late than never. Check it out and let it convince you with its fierce bleakness and mature style. I'm overwhelmed by Morbus Animus. mourner
